SUMMARY
Jerry F. Stiles is a Certified Environmental Consultant with sixteen years of practical field and regulatory experience in all aspects of environmental assessments for commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. Mr. Stiles has performed over two hundred ESA's. In the same time, he has performed Phase II testing protocols and Phase III remediation projects throughout the State of Texas and Florida.

EXPERIENCE· Mr. Stiles has sixteen years of experience in environmental service projects involving property assessments, property investigations, and property remediation. As stated above, over two hundred environmental site assessments (ESA), have been completed by Mr. Stiles since Joining Assessment Consultants, Inc.: The Phase II (ESS) portion of his experience has dealt with and been involved in site specific soil boring installation tests, soil gas surveys, exploratory borings, electromagnetic field testing (EMF), magnetic geophysical surveys, water testing, asbestos containing building material testing (ACBM), radon surveys, air monitoring, air sample testing, lead testing, paint chip testing and building materials construction review/testing. Mr. Stiles has performed numerous Phase II waste characterization/tests and haul-off practices. A major portion of the Phase III (ESR) requirements have been with underground storage tank: and associated equipment removal, underground storage tank: abandonment and remediation (clean-up) of contaminated and environmentally impaired sites. Other Phase III requirements have been in assisting commercial and industrial companies in identifying, reviewing guidelines, and scheduling asbestos/lead abatement efforts to remediate areas of concern.

 

Mr. Stiles designed and produced an 800 page Asbestos Containing Building Material (ACBM) Management Planner to be utilized as a daily operational procedure manual for a commercial client.

 

Real property assessments are also a part of Mr. Stiles' background. Assessments, which include on site-specific investigative inspections, document reviews, personnel interviews and conclusive reports issued. Reports such as property condition surveys, property condition assessments, project reviews/loan status, project management of construction and rehabilitation, oversight management services, acting agent services, wind storm surveys, and floodplain development and construction services. Prior to Assessment Consultants, Inc., Mr. Stiles was in the commercial building industry for twenty-three years. Within that industry, he gained valuable experience and knowledge in building systems application. His involvement included property management, facility engineering management, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems development and implementation.
